Complimentary Email Strategy Session

An Email Strategy Session offers you the opportunity to receive one-on-one expert advice on the effectiveness of your organisation's email processes and habits. This complimentary one hour session can be conducted face-to-face or over the phone.

The purpose of the session is to assess where you are currently at with email. During the session we will work together to:

• Assess the effectiveness of existing procedures for the use of email
• Discuss the use of  alternative e-communication tools such as instant messaging, presentation software, blogs, wikis and social media.
• Discuss best-practice processes for the use email and outline the impact on the organisation if these practices are adopted.
• Outline a plan for moving towards more productive email use.
